BUSINESS STATIONERY PRINTING
Our business stationery printing capabilities are great for letterhead, business envelopes, hangtags, buckslips, and mailing labels in any quantity. Letterhead can be made to be individually printed on the laser printer, or for hand-written and executive notes. Different types of specialty printing processes can accommodate different designs and uses. Raised ink printing is great for more traditional stationery projects, while letterpress printing or embossing add a depth dimension that is both familiar and unmistakably luxurious. Offset printing provides value and quality at higher quantities, as well as unmatched PMS color output options for multicolor logos and halftone screens.
We run offset, letterpress, foil stamp, and digital printing presses to provide a full range of custom printing options including metallic printing, holographic foil printing, die cutting, and laminating. For mailing projects and event invitations we offer variable data addressing, seal + send, along with custom fulfillment. In addition to stationery, we also offer a full range of options for business cards, brochures and pocket folders.
Stationery paper types range from heavily textured cotton to smooth uncoated and matte papers. Paper composition can be an important piece of your branding expression also, 100% cotton, 100% recycled, even 100% Tree Free papers, are all on offer, along with more standard offerings. Depending on the specified use, we might recommend a variety of thicknesses as well. Publicide stocks lightweight, standard + thick stationery papers for any need. We also work with a large network of vendors for special orders with specific colors, textures and weights that can be required for business stationery printing.
A #10 business envelope matched with a sturdy, textured letter size print is the business standard for official correspondence. Some letters are brief enough to fit on a single page which allows us to print on thicker stock and keep you at mailing weight or less. Whereas 20# Bond thickness allows multiple sheets in the same envelope, an 80# or even 100# text weight carries the heft and opacity for any serious missive. For letterhead sizing, a monarch letterhead size carries a more personal cachet, for a CEO tête–à–tête or a secret inter-office love letter while the European A4 or American “Letter” are more typical business correspondence sizes.
PRICING + PRINT PRODUCTION NOTES
Pricing for business stationery is based on quantity, paper type and the number of processes and machines that will be used to create the project. Custom pricing available on request. Elaborate and custom production specs can run the price up considerably so it’s important to get your quote before proceeding. Production time is usually around 5-7 working days for simple projects with more work-intensive projects taking longer. Turnaround time is calculated from the date of PDF proof approval. If your business stationery project has a hard due-date please let us know when making your request. Email us with your design file or specs to receive a custom quote for your printing project. All projects must have a custom quote number to proceed.
Some business stationery specs are available for rush service in less than 5 working days. Due to the preparation of the spec, the availability of materials, and the individual setup required for printing, it is difficult to produce most stationery jobs in less than 5 working days. To inquire about a rush job, please email artwork, specs and desired completion date ASAP to email@example.com. If we’re able to accommodate your schedule we will reply with pricing and additional costs for the rush.
