Publicide offers a wide range of event printing for custom + commercial collateral; event invitations, rsvp cards, custom envelopes, and day-of collateral, including menus, promotional items and program books. We pair well with corporate creative print projects requiring specialty print and fulfillment processes. Foil Stamping, Variable Data Digital Print, Embossing, and Diecuts are just a few of the options available. We also offer addressing, fulfillment, mailing and hand-delivery services to make sure your carefully made print project reaches its recipients.

From Fashion Week Runway Shows, Product Launches, Fundraisers, Galas, Open Houses, and private parties of all types, Publicide’s event printing services are a perfect fit for speciality printing projects.

Publicide stocks a vast array of high-end papers and provides in-house printing at our NYC Print Shop using a multitude of equipment that will insure your event collateral strikes a perfect balance between extravagance and gravitas. In addition to production capabilities, we maintain a large archive of previous print samples of event printing to showcase the many processes available for every project.

To get started with your project, email or call to let us know what stage you’ve reached and we can help you get the rest of the way through. All our pricing is custom, depending on the scope and speed of your project so please have as many details ready as you can before reaching out. We only schedule shop appointments after sending an initial estimate for your project.

Event Printing is often a last minute service, so Publicide offers rush services for some specifications. Due to the custom materials and equipment setups required for invitation printing, our schedule can sometimes accommodate rush work, but generally there is a rush fee applied. To inquire about a rush job, please email artwork, specs and desired completion date ASAP to rush@publicide.com. If we’re able to accommodate your schedule we will reply with pricing and additional costs for the rush.
